The Home View

When you open a new window or tab, Beyond Compare displays the Home view:

From the Home view, you can:

·	Start a new comparison session of any type

·	Select from one of your previously saved sessions

·	Select an auto-saved session

·	Manage the settings for your saved sessions

·	Edit the default settings to use for new sessions

You can also drag and drop files or folders from Windows Explorer onto this page to compare them. Drag and drop onto one of the Start New Session buttons to start a session of that specific type.

To customize your Home view, select Options from the Tools menu, then select General.
